TSFL Food Review

I will add in additional Medifast foods as I go along.

 

Traditional Breakfast Foods:

Mixed Berry Cereal Crunch – Not Bad. I didn’t like this the first time I tried these.  I tried again after one week and it was much more palatable.

Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Cereal Crunch – Edible but not enjoyable.  I will try again in 2 weeks. I still don’t like.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal – Yuck! I would rather eat the cereal.  Happily, they can be made into cookies! Will try as cookies soon.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes – Hmmm.  I am going to have to try these again.  They were a bit dry the first time.

Spice Pancakes – Ok, definitely better than the chocolate chip ones.

 

Traditional Lunch or Dinner Foods:

Hearty Choices Vegetable Chili – Meh.  Have to add more water to see if I can get the beans in it to cook properly (mine were a bit crunchy).

Wild Rice & Chicken Soup – Meh – some bits didn’t quite rehydrate properly.

Beef Vegetable Soup – Yum!  Will definitely be eating this again.

Chicken Noodle Soup – Yum! – Enjoying this one.

 

Snack Foods:

Cinnamon Roll Crunch Bar – Yum!  A bit too much cinnamon but very enjoyable.

Caramel Crunch Bar – Not bad.  I wish it had a touch more Caramel taste to it.

Chocolate Crunch Bar – Yum! Will definitely eat more of these.

Peanut Butter Crunch Bar – Yum! Like these too.

S’more Crunch Bar – Meh – Ok, but I would rather eat the other ones.

Lemon Meringue Crunch Bar – Yum! I worried about the taste since I love all things lemon, but it was great!

BBQ Bites – Edible but not enjoyable.  1/3 into the bag and I didn’t want to finish.  Will try again in 2 weeks.

Brownie – Yum!!! I enjoy it hot out of the microwave.  There are a few recipes floating around where you refrigerate it.

Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks – Love! Definitely have a drink when you eat these.  They will dry your mouth out.

Gingerbread Soft Bake – Love!  I eat it hot out of the oven.

 

Drinks:

Chai Latte – Yum! –  Will definitely been having this again. I pour the powder in then use just enough boiling water to make a paste then slowly add the rest of the water.  If you just dump the water and mix together you will end up with lumps.  You can also heat the water and very slowly add the mix in.

Cherry Pomegranate Antioxidant Shake – Yum! Will definitely be drinking more of these.

Tropical Punch – Yum! Watch out for lumps.

Triple Berry Smoothie – Hmmm. I will have to try this again in 2 weeks.
